When a new generation of family management became involved in this century-old removals firm, they realised they needed to update the way they communicated with customers. But they didn’t want to lose the reassurance of that ‘old-time’ established look and feel.
So we gave them a contemporary re-creation of their identity, a new suite of warm, professional corporate colours and, most significantly, a series of bespoke illustrations.
These Olivier Kugler illustrations help create a distinctive, stand-out style — descriptive, quirky and modern, yet above all approachable and human. They’ve been judiciously applied at all stages of the customer journey (both figuratively and literally) — from initial contacts in adverts or on the web right through signage, vehicle livery and uniforms.
